With more the 15 years in top-management consulting and several leadership positions, I am humble to the challenge of any business leader and feel privileged to work with top executives and young talented leaders.
I started invelop with the intention of seeking a broader range of challenges – both large and small – with a more flexible engagement model than the one offered by the large consulting companies
My key beliefs
The best decisions are made after listening with an open mind to different viewpoints.
Most management decisions are – with good reason – made on gut-feelings rather than a thorough analysis and rationality. However, the rationale (even post-decision) is a key lever to verify the decision and enable acceptance in the organization.
The best solutions are co-created by people with complementary capabilities.
Rigid follow-up far beyond the point of nausea is an undervalued discipline in many organizations.
Long-term relationships are the foundation of a good advisory.
